Lifelong Learning Committee – Governance Oversight Role
The Lifelong Learning Committee provides strategic oversight and expert input on the development and evolution of Management Accounting's lifelong learning proposition, alongside the ongoing development of the CGMA Professional Qualification. It ensures our qualification and learning offer remain relevant, future-focused, and aligned to the evolving needs of finance professionals, employers, and global standards. The committee plays a key role in shaping the future of both initial qualification and continuous professional development, with a strong focus on innovation, accessibility, and real-world impact.
Experience required
We are seeking individuals from a broad range of backgrounds, including academia, professional practice, industry, start-ups, and learning and development. Members should bring senior-level experience, strategic insight, and an understanding of how skills and professional capabilities are evolving, alongside the ability to provide independent challenge and informed guidance.
Meeting format
The committee operates on a hybrid basis, with a blend of virtual meetings and occasional in‑person sessions.
