Harry Mensah
My name is Harry Mensah, and I have been with CIMA for 15 years. For nearly four of those years, I have managed the Membership team.
What truly puts a smile on my face is supporting students as they complete their membership, and then having the privilege of working alongside them as colleagues as we help the next generation of students on their journey to CIMA membership.
My primary aim for this group is to foster a strong sense of community—one where students don’t feel alone during their PER journey and feel confident to ask questions, share experiences, and support one another.

My name is Barbara South, and I have worked for CIMA for 33 years. What I enjoy most about my role is supporting students throughout their journey to becoming CIMA members.
It is incredibly rewarding to help individuals navigate challenges, achieve their goals, and take pride in their professional success. Being part of an organisation that makes a genuine difference to careers around the world continues to motivate and inspire me.

My name is Maria Thomas, and I have been part of the team for four years. I truly enjoy my role because it allows me to support and guide students throughout their journey.
Being involved in the process that leads to their achievement of CIMA membership is incredibly fulfilling and motivates me to give my best every day.
Christine Montague
My name is Christine Montague, and I have been with CIMA for 38 years. What I enjoy most about my role is supporting applicants throughout their journey from student to member.
I see firsthand the dedication, time, and effort they invest in reaching each milestone, and it is deeply rewarding to play even a small part in supporting them as they achieve their ultimate goal of membership.
