 Using AI for writing PER

Hello,

I watched the video regarding AI in the library section already, but I am a bit unsure. I've been using AI to help me write my PER. I prompted it with 10 examples of my real work experiences that I wrote myself. It helped me classify my experiences into the appropriate competencies and building it into a STAR format. I later added more experience examples to avoid duplicating the same work example for different competencies.

However it uses highly sophisticated corporate English. English is my second language so I'm not sure how appropriate it is to use the wording AI provided me? I have read through it,  the experience & context is mine, but I would probably have worded it different. There are parts where AI got a bit creative and I edited it or removed it.

AI obviously worded it a lot better than I would have. So my question is where is the limit? Will I be penalised for using AI's sophisticated English in my PER? Do I need to make it sound more natural?
