 Supervisor submitting PER technical difficulties

Hi all,

Few weeks ago my ex-supervisor tried to submit my PER, he filled in all sections and completed all outstanding actions. But once it came to final submission through the declaration form section shown below, the platform did not allow him to tick this box and submit it. I have created a ticket with tech team who told me there were some issues with this form, but haven't heard back in past 2 weeks. Any idea what I can do next? Really want to sort this out asap as my ex-supervisor is kept on a line the whole time.

Hi all,

I have just submitted my PER to my supervisor and he is encountering the same issue. The platform did not allow him to tick this box and submit it.

Hi Michael,

What would help me would be if your supervisor could email me/you the link they recieved and then I can take a look at it.

Worst case scenario it is something small that I can quickly help with.

Either way I will help to fast track your application so that you are not delayed any further.
