Good morning all,

I recall seeing somewhere that should your direct manager not be able to sign off your PER, you may use another relevant person from that company.

I have started a new position, for this reason I'm using a previous role as my PER.  I worked directly with the CFO, he is a very busy, and not getting time to sign off my PER. I would like to get my PER signed off.  Would it be possible to redirect it to Head of HR & Operations?  Although we were in different departments, I did work a lot with her and her team.  She does know my work and I have provided guidance to her and the team around finance requirements etc.  My only concern/question, she joined the company after me, can't recall the exact dates thinks it roughly a year difference.  Would that be a problem if she were to sign off my PER?

Thank you
