Great question Lexi! With the five drivers, my view is the value model transformation is the most important, as it shapes the response to all the other drivers. If we are clear about the value model we are trying to build, it becomes easier to make intentional decisions about data infrastructure, AI adoption, workforce skills, architecture and stakeholder communication. In other words, value model transformation provides the strategic lens for all other areas.
