Hello Lexi,
Yes, I have! After exploring Rise Navigator, I'm seeing a clear pattern around trust, ethics, and integrity remaining at the profession's core. I love this direct quote from Rise Navigator: "The official report shows that trust is still the profession's permission to operate." Another common theme I've seen is that technology and data will be strategic imperatives. Although this is true, these initiatives will also amplify the importance of trust, as technology and data initiatives will likely be "messy" at first, resulting in clients coming to us as the source of truth.
I've also found it interesting that likely the greatest internal risk is resistance to change. I certainly agree with this and have felt this resistance throughout my career to date. Although not necessarily "resistance to change," I also feel like we need to do a better job as a profession giving ourselves permission and, more importantly, the time to innovate and experiment. It seems as if there is this constant battle between meeting deadlines and giving ourselves the time to experiment with new tools and processes.
Is anyone else seeing these patterns? What other patterns are you seeing through your use of Rise Navigator?
