    Hi membership team.

    Just wanted to say thank you for the shared resources.  My leadership module was deferred and I was initially not happy because the assessor feedback stated that setting goals and objectives for a new hire that was shadowing me wasnt a good example.

    After reading the guidance in the library section on what are good examples for leadership, I was able to give a good example on a project I was leading on and now my PER has been fully approved.

    I wish I had reviewed the library content more before I started writing my PER but wanted to express my gratitude to the team for creating this group.

    Thank you for your mesage.  We are glad this group has helped you with your PER application progress.

    This is why we have this group, to support as many students as possible going through the PER process and I'm happy that you posted as we encourage all students to use their voices and ask as many questions as possible.
