I’ve just shared a new blog post reflecting on a milestone that means a great deal to me personally and professionally: 15 years of CIMA in Poland and across mainland Europe.
When I think about that journey, I don’t think first about numbers. I think about people - the members, students, employers, partners, universities and colleagues who have helped build something truly meaningful over time.
What began with belief in the potential of Poland has grown into a vibrant community and an important hub for our work across Europe.
In the post, I reflect on why this anniversary is not just about looking back but about recognising how much we’ve built together and how much more is still possible when we continue to invest in people, development and relationships.
