CGMA Practical Experience Requirements (PER) Community

I have completed my employment history and submitted this for my supervisor. However, they have informed me that they are being asked to detail 'what went well' and 'what could I improve on'. Is this correct? These sections don't seems applicable to employment history, I would expect them for the core work activities.

Please advise how best to proceed.

Morning Scott.

PER feedback "What went well" and "whatr could be improved" are used by both supervisor and CIMA assessor when completing your PER review  once all modules have been signed off.

It is an optional field so supervisors dont need to fill anything in unless they really want to and can just skip these sections.
