One of the tips given about the implementing strategic decisions says "The decision should be strategic in nature rather than a routine operational activity."
What if the decision is strategic in nature, but carrying it out depicted in my operational activities? In other words, I've described the decision given by my company's executive committee, and how I implemented that decision through my operational activities.
