    Hello everyone, and welcome!

This community is here to help us connect, learn from one another, and share experiences in a respectful, professional environment.

To keep this a space we all enjoy using, here are a few simple tips and reminders on how to make the most of the platform:

    ๐Ÿค Be respectful and professional

    • Focus on ideas and content, not individuals.
    • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion โ€“ constructive discussion is encouraged.
    • Please avoid anything you wouldn't be comfortable sharing publicly or professionally.

โœ๏ธ Post with clarity and purpose

    • Use a clear subject line so others know what your post is about.
    • Share content in the most relevant community to reach the right audience.
    • If replying just to say "thanks" or "me too", consider replying directly to the person instead of the whole group.

๐Ÿ“ข Keep it relevant for the community

    • Post to the wider group only when the information is useful to many members.
    • Please avoid spam, repeated posts, or tagging large numbers of people unnecessarily.
    • Commercial messages or job opportunities should only be shared in spaces specifically designed for them.

    ๐Ÿ” Protect privacy and confidentiality

    • Don't share sensitive or personal data โ€“ yours or anyone else's.
    • Please don't upload content that you don't have permission to share.
    • Remember: posts on the platform can be seen, shared, and quoted by others.

    ๐Ÿค– A note on AI-generated content

    • If you use tools like ChatGPT or other AI to help draft a post, please clearly say so and credit the source.
    • Always review AI-generated content carefully before posting.
    • Automated bots or chat tools are not permitted on the platform.

    ๐ŸŒ A shared professional space

    • Posts here don't represent official advice or the views of the Association.
    • Each of us is responsible for what we share, just as we are in any professional setting.
