Objective: Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the area of C corporation taxation. Identify issues and recommend legislative and regulatory modifications to simplify and clarify existing laws and regulations for corporations and their shareholders. Maintain appropriate relationships with the IRS, Treasury, Congress and other government officials. Act as a resource to assist the other committees, technical resource panels and task forces, as appropriate, on matters of C corporation taxation.
Qualifications/requirements: Previous experience in the taxation of corporate taxation.
