The Regional Engagement Groups (REGs) act as strategic liaisons between regional members and the Association Board and CIMA Council. Their core responsibility is to provide localized market insights, advocate for the CGMA designation, and contribute to shaping the Association’s strategic direction in both Public and Management Accounting. REGs also collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents to enhance member engagement through the Area and Branch network—fostering best practices, promoting professional development, and supporting retention efforts.
