Objective:
The North Asia Regional Engagement Group (NA REG) is a volunteer-led community established to strengthen AICPA & CIMA’s presence, relevance, and impact across North Asia, including Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan Area, Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia.
Volunteers play a critical role in enhancing member engagement, supporting professional development, and contributing to the organization’s strategic priorities across the region.

Community & Engagement
Build a strong and connected professional community across North Asia, enhancing member engagement throughout the CGMA journey.
Visibility & Influence
Strengthen the positioning of AICPA & CIMA and the CGMA designation by engaging key regional stakeholders.
Collaboration & Impact
Foster partnerships with corporates, academia, and industry bodies to expand regional impact.
Leadership & Development
Support talent development and thought leadership in key areas such as digital transformation, AI, ESG, and the future of finance.
Experience Required
We are looking for professionals with strong industry credibility and prior engagement with the CGMA community, who are committed to contributing to the regional ecosystem and bring professional insight, a community mindset, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Meeting Format
The committee operates on a hybrid basis, combining virtual meetings and in-person engagements, including those aligned with the CIMA Global President’s visits to the region. The group typically meets 2–3 times per year, depending on priorities and regional activities.
